1/2-CUP TEQUILA
1/2-CUP FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS
4- CLOVES OF GARLIC, MINCED
2- MEDIUM JALAPENOS, STEMMED, SEEDED AND FINELY CHOPPED
4- TABLESPOONS OF FINLEY CHOPPED CILANTRO LEAVES
SALT AND PEPPER
IN A BOWL WHISK ALL TOGETHER
POUR SMALL AMOUNT IN DISH
PLACE CHICKEN IN DISH AND POUR REMAINING MARINADE OVER CHICKEN
COVER WITH PLASTIC AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT
