Barbecued Pork and Potato Casserole Served with a tossed salad with your choice of dressing, this mouth-watering casserole of BBQ pork and potatoes will become a family favorite. Preparation Time - 10 minutes Cooking Time - 30 minutes Standing Time - 15 minutes * 3 pkgs. (11 oz. each) STOUFFER'S frozen Potatoes au Gratin, * fully cooked according to pkg. instructions * 4 small green onions, chopped, divided * 1 tub (20 oz.) barbecued shredded pork, beef or chicken * 1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Lightly grease 9-inch square baking dish. *Keep Potatoes au Gratin hot. STIR together Potatoes au Gratin and one half green onion. Spread pork into prepared dish; top with potato mixture and cheese.
